First Free Will Baptist Church
Sunday School
Each Sunday morning at 10:00, the Sunday School program of First Free Will Baptist
Church takes place. The purpose of the Sunday School program is to educate church
members as well as any visitors about the Bible, living a Christian life, and doctrine. The Sunday School program is divided into classes based on age, so that
the educational materials can be targeted to these various age groups and insure
an understanding of the material. It also allows interaction between people
in these age groups to encourage each other and to learn from each other. Most of the
classes have several social outings a year.
The Sunday School program is lead by Superintendent David Lawson and his
assistant, Wayne Byars. The program also has a secretary, Mildred Hall, to track attendance
and help with educational materials.
